Are there parts of our process that you have questions about? We have answers! We realize we are not like a typical agency, so things run a little different. Q:  Do actually buy homes or are you just turning them over to investors or listing them on the MLS?
A:  Great question and the answer is all three. Many investors will tell you they are buying when in reality, they are looking to make a profit by assigning the contract to someone else. We don’t feel this is ethical. We believe YOU should decide how your house is sold! Because we are a team of Investors, Brokers, and Wholesalers, we can bring many options to the table. We leave the decision of how to sell up to YOU! We will make you a direct offer, or present your house to our vast investor pool, or help you sell it the traditional way. Q:  How much does it cost to work with you?
A: If we purchase your home directly, then you pay nothing. If you sell to one of our investors or through our Brokerage, there is the small, standard commission. We will never surprise you with and hidden costs or fees. We play by the book.

Q:  How long will the process take?
A: With a direct sale, (to us or an investor) the process can be completed in as little as a week. This is because the funds are available now, we don’t have to wait for the loan process to happen through a bank. If you choose to sell via the MLS, the process can take longer. There isn’t any way to guarantee a sale date, however, there is a chance of earning a higher final sales price.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  Always. We wouldn’t be in business if we didn’t. We started our company after years of being in the real estate industry. We saw there was a real need to help people who wanted to sell, but listing simply wasn’t the right choice for their property or situation. A direct offer can be beneficial in so many ways. We will pay you the best cash price possible, and do whatever it takes to get you out of a tough situation. (If you’re facing one… some people simply prefer to avoid listing hassles.) We are very transparent about our offers and are happy to explain our methodology in creating them. We look at comparable sales, the estimated cost of repairs as well as current market trends. We work WITH you to determine a fair price that will help you achieve your selling goals.

Q:  Do I have to sign a contract to get an offer?
A: Absolutely not. We want to work with you and run numbers with you to determine which selling options makes the most sense for your selling needs. There is NOT one solution that will work for every seller. We will learn about your property, tour it, run the numbers so YOU can decide how to proceed. You will only sign a contract should you agree to our offer or should you choose to sell on the MLS. In addition, we don’t believe in high-pressure sales. We simply want to provide you information and leave the rest up to you.
